Returns

Eligibility:
- You can return your hoodie within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized hoodies
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:
- Email us at allistcairo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for your return.

Pack and Ship:
- Please securely pack the hoodie and include the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned hoodie, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective hoodie, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allistcairo@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
