Allist Culture Return & Refund Policy

At Allist Culture, we are committed to providing high-quality hoodies and ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • You can return your hoodie within 14 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized hoodies
    • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)

How to Initiate a Return

    • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for your return.
  3. Pack and Ship:

    • Please securely pack the hoodie and include the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned hoodie, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective hoodie, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allistcairo@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
